NVC has constructed many cell phone towers, or sites, throughout its local service area pictured below. National coverage is also available on all phones. Calls originating or terminating within this service area are considered "local area" calls. Most of the plans include unlimited local area calling and at least 5 hours of travel time, per month, outside the calling area.
