Northern
Valley
Communications of Aberdeen
is pleased to announce the November 1st launch
of RFD-TV on channel 128. RFD-TV
will be a part of the company's Expanded View package,
which now contains 130 channels and includes a wide
variety of programming for the entire family.
RFD-TV
is the nation's first 24-hour television network dedicated
to serving the needs and interests of rural America
and agriculture. Although RFD-TV carries a number of
agricultural programs, this is not a farm channel, but a
network committed to serving all of rural America, which
is a perfect fit for the area. RFD-TV provides news that
impacts rural areas, event and convention coverage,
agricultural information and much more family-oriented
programming. Currently, the network's programming is
highlighted by daily program blocks of Horses on RFD-TV,
Rural/Agricultural News, Rural Lifestyle, traditional and
ethnic music, rural youth and live video livestock
auctions. Visit their website at www.rfdtv.com for more programming information.
"We're
proud to add RFD-TV at the request of our customers. It is
a great fit and provides programming targeted to this area
and will compliment our lineup quite well," stated
NVC's CEO James Groft. "More importantly the addition will come at no
additional cost to the customer."
