Wireless High Speed Internet access is available during the fair in the Holum Expo Building and the Odde Ice Center courtesy of Northern Valley Communications.

“Now vendors and visitors both can access the Internet while attending the fair. In today’s busy world, we want to make it as easy as possible for people to keep in touch,” said Northern Valley CEO James Groft.

People can access the Internet anywhere within the two buildings through Sunday, August 19 without paying a fee.

Northern Valley Communications is constructing a state-of-the-art telecommunications
network throughout Aberdeen and Redfield, which provides telephone, digital cable TV and high speed Internet service. NVC is a wholly owned subsidiary of James Valley Telecommunications, a cooperative that has been providing telecommunication services to its members in northeast South Dakota for over 50 years.  JVT serves the communities of Groton, Claremont, Andover, Frederick, Conde, Ferney, Stratford, Columbia, Bristol, Doland, Houghton, Mellette, Turton and Hecla.
